Special Dietary Requirements (Please give us as much information as possible, particularly if there are health implications to you eating certain foods - i.e. allergies or coeliac etc. Hotels offer us a set menu and we need to give them specific guidelines to assist them in meeting your needs. During the trip you will need to stick to whatever you tell us i.e. if you note that you are vegetarian, you will be served the vegetarian option each night.)
