Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 (UK Time)
When our tours are running, we always have someone on duty to answer the phone outside of these times. If you ping us an email over a weekend, we try our absolute best to respond to you on the following Monday.

Prefer to talk to a human?
Are you sick of hearing ridiculously long phone menus when you try to get through to a company on the phone? Us too - we all hate them, don't we? That's why if you call us, you'll get through to a lovely, friendly and helpful human straight away. Scouts honour.
What's more, if you call us outside of office hours when our tours are running, we'll always have someone on duty to answer the phone. Sometimes a phone call is what's needed, and we're fine with that, so just give us a bell if that's what you'd prefer.
