STEP 1

Click the ENQUIRE NOW button from the webpage of the holiday you're interested in and complete the enquiry form. You can mention several tours in the form, if you haven't yet decided which holiday is best for you.

Alternatively, email [email protected] to check our holiday availability for your preferred departure date. Please let us know in your email if you'd like to check the availability of single rooms and bike hire too.

Our team will reply to your enquiry as soon as they are able and generally within 48 hours (or on Mondays if you enquired on a weekend). We'll make a provisional booking for you and reserve this for a few days, allowing you to research your travel plans. If you're holidaying with a group of friends, you can reserve places for them too – just let us know their names and email addresses.

STEP 2

When you're ready to confirm your reservation, login to The Link. First time holidaying with us? Create an account in The Link - it's easy to do. Once logged in, you'll see your provisional place, ready for you to confrm. If you're holidaying with a group of friends, each cyclist requires their own login and must confirm their place individually.

The invoices for your deposit and final balance will appear in The Link within minutes of confirming your reservation. Any discounts you qualify for will automatically be applied to your final balance invoice.

STEP 3

Pay your £400 non-refundable deposit in The Link via the online credit card payment facility (in the PAYMENTS section) or via BACS bank transfer.

For BACS payments, please use your invoice number as a reference and make payment to the following account:

STEP 4

Check if we've confirmed the transfer details for your holiday on the tour web page. If we have, you can proceed with booking your travel arrangements. It's important to check the up-to-date airport transfer times on our website before booking your flights to ensure your travel plans are in line with our transfer times.

STEP 5

When you've booked your travel, login to The Link and add the details to the TRAVEL & TRANSFERS section. Alternatively, email [email protected] so we can add these details for you.

STEP 6

Purchase your compulsory insurance cover (to include cycle touring, medical costs and repatriation) now! Then login to The Link and add your policy details to the BEFORE YOU GO section. It is important that you arrange your travel insurance at the time of booking your holiday so you are covered if you need to cancel your holiday due to injury sustained during training - unfortunately it happens more often than you think!

STEP 7

Your final balance payment is due 12 weeks before your departure date - we'll send you a reminder, in case you forget!
