Xavi-Pol Quintana Torres Marmot Tours cycling guide

Xavi-Pol Quintana Torres

Guide

I was born in Barcelona in 1991 and moved to Costa Brava with my family in my early days. I studied graphic design and after two years in the field, I realised that my true passions are cycling and hospitality.
Before jumping in to the guiding field I completed a tourism and accommodation management degree in Girona.
I’m a man of many hats: multiple Ironman finisher, photographer, surfer, trail runner, credit card packer, mushroom picker, swimmer and Spanish cuisine specialist. I currently live in Costa Brava during the warmer months and I move to Siberia during winters where I live in a wooden house with my fiancée, embracing some of the coolest winter conditions on the planet.

I’m a passionate Spanish cycling leader with over five years experience in guiding cyclists through Europe’s diverse landscapes. I’m known for my love of cooking paellas, extensive knowledge of local routes, history and culture. I also care deeply about ensuring you have a memorable and safe ride, regardless of your cycling level. I hope my enthusiasm will inspire you to explore European destinations like never before and I’ll look forward to supporting you this year!
